So please let your manager know that as well. It is something that as a manager myself, I like to give credit where credit is due.

I recently sold my house and purchased a unit. I had been through a lot of stress and with the loss of my husband; this was scary to say the least.
I was put into the hand of Lyndon Huang who was most helful.
I had several problems at the last minute and was most distressed, Lyndon handled the situation with calm and efficiency and was kind and understanding.
